Working on setting up round 5 now, and I'm just going to modify Round 4 until it gets where it needs to be. (Yes, you'll get a chance to see how round 5 works a little before it happens).
Thus, the next few hours will be bumpy. I'll try to make it obvious what I'm doing, but there will no doubt be a lot of "why did X happen?". First, people will wonder why they fell out of alliances. The answer will be because I forced everyone out of alliances while I work on alliance limits.
The battle overhaul isn't complete (thus no beta for the battle overhaul). There will, however, be some changes to battle, and I'll probably ask people to test it out.
After I'm happy with the code changes (I'll be here all day, I wager), I'll either give a little more time for the tweaks to settle, or I'll begin raining fire on all empires before I reset, and then give a 1 or 2 day time period for people to get situated for the next round.
It'll be really hard for me to answer very many direct questions, but I do want to avoid confusion. Moderators can reach me, and so I'll let them pass on info and answer questions where they can.
